At the Albert Fox Facial Plastic Surgery Center, we believe financial considerations should not be an obstacle to cosmetic surgery. We, therefore, provide the following payment options: cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or a flexible payment plan through Care Credit (0% for 6 months or extended payment options with interest are the only two plans offered with our office).

The surgical balance is due two weeks before the scheduled date of surgery. If the balance is not paid in full two weeks before the scheduled date of surgery, the procedure may be canceled at the discretion of the physician. If you decide to cancel your surgery, please notify our office no fewer than two weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date. If you do not notify our office more than two weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date, there will be a 10% non-refundable cancellation fee.
